Indian Musicians Join Hands For An initiative Of Virtual Concert Announced By ISRA, For Battling Dark Phase

Music sensations of all times are coming together for virtual concerts to express their gratitude to the working force who are working at the forefront away from their families to fight the coronavirus pandemic situation

Musicians such as S P Balasubramaniam, K J Yesudas, and Asha Bhonsle will be joining hands for the same initiative. The Indian Singers Rights Association (ISRA) has officially announced that they will be holding a virtual concert for three days which will start from April 10 between 8 pm to 9 pm. The virtual concert “SangeetSetu” aims to entertain the masses and spread positivity to drive away negativity and stress amid the lockdown in the country.

The concert is dedicated to the PM CARES and will be made available on all of the OTT platforms, digital channels, social channels, and television. Among the other artists who will be performing in the concert are Udit Narayan, Pankaj Udhas, Sudesh Bhosale, Talat Aziz, Alka Yagnik, Shankar Mahadevan, Salim Merchant, Kailash Kher, Anoop Jalota, Kavita Krishnamurthy, Suresh Wadkar, Kumar Sanu, Hariharan, Sonu Nigam, and Shaan.

ISRA launched this initiative with the objective to take away the stress and anxiety of scores of people and help them avoid depression. Mental health at this stage is considered to very crucial and thus the virtual concert will definitely lighten up the moods and spirit of the people. It is very motivational that the artists have decided to showcase their talent for national interest and most importantly for human interest.

ISRA believes that it will be a success if it can reach people through a billion screens. This concert will definitely be seen as a national movement and it belongs to the people of the country. Moreover, this concert is free to every individual who manages to see the concert on any screen. It will be available on OTT platforms such as MX Player, Vodafone Play, Jio TV, Hotstar, Flipkart and Sony Liv.

All the singers believe that it is their moral duty and they’re happy to contribute to every national who is battling against the pandemic. It is quite a fact that health workers and service providers are working together regardless of the time to serve their people. Henceforth, such an initiative holds importance as it recognizes every Indian’s effort helping in some manner.

The famous singer Shaan has urged the people to take a step forward and donate any amount to the PM CARES fund as every penny makes a huge difference. Many people in the industry have donated their share of donations and it’s time for the public to show some love and care.
