The megastar of the Bollywood industry, Amitabh Bachchan donated financial aid of Rs 1.80 crore to the cinema workers of the Telugu cinema industry. Chiranjeevi, the heartthrob of the south cinema who shared the silver screen with Amitabh Bachchan in the film, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy took to his twitter handle to thank Big B for his heartfelt and genuine gesture.
Big B has managed to distribute 12,000 coupons of Rs. 1500 each to the workers in the Telugu film industry as a mark of care amidst the difficult circumstances. The south superstar tweeted, “A BIG THANK YOU to ‘BIG B’ for this wonderful initiative. These coupons can be redeemed at #BigBazaar stores.”
When extending his feels of gratitude and appreciation, Chiranjeevi also shared a picture of the short film called Family, which was created with the aim to spread the strong message on the coronavirus pandemic. The short film starred many Bollywood stars including Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Diljit Dosanjh along with a number of other artists from the entertainment industry.
Considering on work-front, the south superstar Chiranjeevi will be seen on the silver screen for his next film titled as Acharya. It’s a rumor that the actor will be playing dual roles. The film will be directed by Koratala Siva.
Talking about Big B, the blockbuster Badla is the last release of the megastar, which was released in 2019. The actor will be next see in AyanMukherji’s much awaited film titled Brahmastra starring RanbirKapoor and Alia Bhatt. On the other hand, the film Jhund, which is a sports drama, is next in line.
Coming back to the topic the step taken by the South superstar to thank Amitabh Bachchan on behalf of his industry and his people are very polite. Many other actors too have taken a step forward to help the cinema works of both the Bollywood industry and the South cinema industries.
Thus, such a step was taken by the superstars, in order to help their fellow industry workers, only shows the amount of love and care they have towards the cinema industry. Let’s just hope that the pandemic comes to an end soon and cinemas are ready to hit the box-office along with promising jobs to the film industry workers.
